Our extensive experience runs across many real estate sectors including affordable housing, multi-family, student living, senior living, industrial, office and retail. The real estate professionals of CCP have extensive experience in providing investment advisory services to various private and public sector institutions, having developed, acquired or managed approximately $3.5 billion and 15.5 million square feet of institutional real estate throughout their careers working as a team.
